About
This website is a ‘research platform’ under construction, for and by the Master Industrial Design (MID) at the Royal Academy of Art in the Hague. Its aim is to share and make public the wide variety of research projects done by students of the department. What is ‘design research’? What does a design research process look like? And how do we, at MID, study?
We will publish students’ research projects, reflections on their research processes as well as interviews and reflections with designers, thinkers and tutors on what it means to do design research.
